            Bug ID: 467066
Summary: Freezing when downloading and scrolling.
    Classification: Applications
           Product: systemsettings
           Version: 5.27.2
          Platform: Ubuntu
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: generic-crash
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: golden...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When scrolling through new themes through settings, it refreshes when you
scroll to a specific point to load more content. If you happen to be
downloading theme(s) when this happens, it freezes perminately, and the
theme(s) that were being downloaded get corrupted. These are a slight pain to
install since most of the time they aren't labeled as Installed through the
Download New Global Themes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings and go to Appearance>Global Theme
2. Click Get New Global Themes to open that window.
3. Download a theme and scroll to the point were it refreshes.

OBSERVED RESULT
It freezes, and won't respond unless if you try and close it.

EXPECTED RESULT
To load more content without freezing.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am using Kubuntu backports to get the latest version of Plasma. Not sure if
this is a problem on faster internet, but this consistently happens when I try
to recreate it. I am also on a slower laptop with dual core CPU, and 4GB RAM.
