SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin,
2. Try to open a file not known by system to get a popup window "Choose
Application - Portal",
3. Choose application to open or close popup window, doesn't matter,
4. Try to scroll files in dolphin and will scroll only partial with glitches.
OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling is working if you close and open dolphin again,
