I am using the Nvidia 525 driver, Plasma 5.27.2 and the 5.17oem kernel on
Kubuntu 22.10. When logging in to a Wayland session, the mouse lags severely on
the monitor with the Plasma panel (it does not lag on an external monitor
without the panel). The lag is worse when moving the mouse up/down instead of
left/right. Also, at the same time as moving the mouse, a black bar (some sort
of graphical corruption) is displayed on the Plasma panel. I'm not sure if this
bug is caused by the Nvidia driver, something on KDE's side, or a combination
of both.
