I can't find it in /usr/share/icons/breeze and not in https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/breeze-icons/-/tree/master/icons/actions/16 either Nate and I determined that the difference between our screenshots was due to the different screen scale. Attached are two cuttlefish screenshots at 100% and 200% scale. It seems like at 200% scale, the 32 px icon is scaled and used as the 16 px version. Nate theorized that KIconLoader may be picking the wrong icon size.
