As mentioned in the commit, you will have to set `SSH_ASKPASS` environment
variable somewhere global. This environment variable should point to an
"ssh-askpass" program. There are many such programs available.
If kate finds ksshaskpass (the kde askpass program), it will automatically set
this variable for you.
