Fedora Linux 36 with Plasma 5.27.1 here, and this seems to be the issue I'm
experiencing...
Everything is stuck at 96 DPI, and looks tiny on QHD at 27in. Global scale
makes everything blurry, while forcing font DPI does nothing... except when
xsettingsd randomly decides not to run on startup, turning the desktop into a
