Can confirm this bug. Selecting "Extend to left/right" screen layout option
turns on blue light on primary monitor if it was off, or turns it off if it
already was on. Holding mouse button pressed on "Night color temperature"
slider in order to preview temperature inside System Settings fixes issue.
