I can reproduce that on Dolphin 22.12.1, this still works fully as expected. I hope this information is helpful, as there seems to be a misunderstanding in this report. Reassigning the shortcut was indeed a feature in Dolphin 22.12.0 and 22.12.1, which worked reliably in those versions, but is now buggy in version 22.12.2, unless I'm the one misunderstanding something. Thank you for the hard work on this new feature!
