SUMMARY
It seems that the RSS feed found on the announcement page
(https://kde.org/zh-cn/announcements/) pushes unscaled images to news readers.
Akregator and Thunderbird presented in the attached screenshots.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Akregator.
2. Add news feed via https://kde.org/zh-cn/index.xml.
3. Click on the "Plasma 5.27" item.
OBSERVED RESULT
Images are not scaled and huge, making news feeds unreadable.
EXPECTED RESULT
Images should be scaled as they were on the website.
