I cannot reproduce this bug report in any of my systems or a KDE neon VM.
Nor have I seen any similar reports about an issue like this.
Could you please verify whether this is still an issue for you?
If so, please provide us with the Linux distribution you are using and the
versions of KDE Plasma, etc.
It may be that you don't have Konsole installed. Please make sure that it is
installed.
