SUMMARY

Lines around windows popups and sometimes randomly on plasma-wayland. This
seems to be related to either masking/anti aliasing/shadows, as the same lines
are visible on auto-hide panels. This also appears inconsistently around
popups(window previews, volume change etc.)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use plasma wayland
2. Use scaling (some lines are still visible without scaling, but more frequent
with scaling, for instance around autohide panels)
OBSERVED RESULT
Flickering lights appear.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal rendering.
