The Bugzilla product has to match the application name for drkonqi to work as
intended (i.e: what is set there

You can still use "Report a Bug" and change the component.
If you only want to search for bugs, you can use the advanced search
https://bugs.kde.org/query.cgi?format=advanced, select any product in the list
and type 'systemsettings' (fast enough).
