Dolphin - relative link bug
SUMMARY
Link to file:// seems to be showing the wrong thing. Instead of a target path,
it shows the hovered file itself. But the bug only happens with relative links,
like "../../actions/16/im-user.svg", not the absolute paths like
"/home/ratijas/blahblahblah".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a relative symbolic link via `ln -s ./target link-name`, or clone
some git repo which has links.
2. Open directory with link in Dolphin.
3. Hover over the link.
OBSERVED RESULT
Link to file:///home/ratijas/bug/relative link.txt
EXPECTED RESULT
Link to ~/bug/target.txt
