Can you please verify a few things?
- Are Tasks configured to be in manual order? (If so, this is Bug 389649)
If not...
- Is grouping on or off?
- Are you using the Task Manager or Icons-Only Task Manager?
- Are these Chrome windows actual windows of the Chrome web browser, or Chrome
Web Apps?
