This problem is occuring again in Kubuntu 22.04-LTS. Dolphin does not respect
the plasma dat format settings. For example, if I set the date format to
`en_SE` (date format YYYY-MM-DD), I still see D/M/YY format in Dolphin, both
when using relative and absolute dates.
