libtaskmanager relies on its heuristics.

kwin relies on specified app id. In case of gimp, it specifies neither
_GTK_APPLICATION_ID nor _KDE_NET_WM_DESKTOP_FILE, so kwin falls back to
_NET_WM_ICON
