SUMMARY
When selecting the "First letter capital" TagFormat, non-alphanumeric symbols
(such as "¿" and "¡") should be marked as exception. Otherwise, as is the
current case, there appear this kind of tags: "¿qué pasa?", instead of "¿Qué
pasa?"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up Kid3
2. Tags
3. All tags
4. TagFormat > Set format automatically
5. Case conversion: First letter capital 

OBSERVED RESULT
There appear this kind of tags: "¿qué pasa?"

EXPECTED RESULT
There should appear "¿Qué pasa?"
