SUMMARY
After booting, no icons are rendered and the taskbar is mint colored.
Reproducibility: always
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot the neon-testing-20230124-0252 iso
2. Select the default boot option (it's not reproducible on safe graphics)
OBSERVED RESULT
No icons are shown and the taskbar is mint colored
EXPECTED RESULT
It looks normal

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've experienced this on my fedora kde 36 desktop as well, but I don't
experience it currently. It might be because of a different kernel version. I
wanted to report this bug anyways, since it makes the desktop entirely unusable
and its' reproducible on the kde neon iso.
