See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** Pressing shortcut keys displayed inside plugins (eg Ctrl + Alt + H for ssh-manager) regardless of the plugin is active or not results in an error popup prompting to enable that plugin. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Press Ctrl + Alt + H 2. See error popup: please enable the plugin on Plugins -> SSH manager 3. Open the plugin from menu to see that is indeed the shortcut shown.
