SUMMARY
When you quickly change applet that mouse points to, text in tooltip stretches,
which makes it look very ugly.
I am not sure what to suggest to make this effect look nicer but what happens
now doesn't look good. It is especially noticeable when you move between widget
with drastically different tooltips, e.g. short text vs player control.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Maybe set animation speed to something faster than default
2. Point to widget on panel
3. Wait for tooltip to appear
4. Move mouse back and forth between widgets

Text stretches and looks ugly

Tooltips not looking ugly
