SUMMARY
WebP don't show thumbnails in Recent Documents, because KisFileIconCreator uses
QImage to create the thumbnails, and QImageReader::supportedImageFormats()
isn't reporting .webp as a supported format.
This issue occurs after the update to Qt 5.15, but works on earlier versions of
Krita (5.2.x-19d3f923b).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a WebP image.
2. Close the image and check the Recent Documents list.
OBSERVED RESULT
A WebP thumbnail.
EXPECTED RESULT
Missing WebP thumbnail.
