In the Mobile layout, scrolling with touch selecct the text underneath instead
of scrolling through the page

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover in mobile layout.
2. go to an app's page wich has a long discription
3. try to scroll with touch starting the finger in the middle of the
discription
OBSERVED RESULT
the description text gets selected.
EXPECTED RESULT
scroll through the description

its only a big deal if the description covers the whole scrollable area because
then scrolling with only touch is impossible. and on phone there is only touch
