SUMMARY
The order of activities does not follow the way you set them in the settings.
It changes when you edit an activity. I'll mention one of the ways the order of
activities is confusing, but it's definitely the only one.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the pager to Activities pager
2. Open the settings for activities.
3. Change an activity's name
OBSERVED RESULT
The order of activities in the pager changes
EXPECTED RESULT
The order of activities in the pager stays the same. It should also match the
order they appear in the settings

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If one want to set shortcuts to switch to the first, second or third activity,
it's a requirement to have a well-defined order. It would be good to make the
order rigid, like the virtual desktops.
