STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. when you want to change a color, for example the red, you can go up to 255,
you validate the "color selector" window,
but when you recall the "color selector" window the color is always to 254.
Same for blue and green.
so the more red color is never #FF0000 BUT #FE0000
so the more green color is never #00FF00 BUT #00FE00
so the more blue color is never #0000FF BUT #0000FE
