kio http uses DBus to talk to org.kde.KCookieServer to store cookies.
On non-Linux platforms that doesn't make much sense. Using DBus there is
difficult at best, and there is no benefit in a system-wide storage for all KDE
cookies like on Plasma.
KIO should use a local cookie jar backed by a file on these platforms
