There is no reason to hide such an important step of your interaction with the trash in some menu. The two most important actions you can perform within the trash is to restore a deleted file and delete them for good. The new button would restore ("Wiederherstellen") one or more files you selected. Like the button to delete the files permanently it would be grey ('inactive') when no file is selected.
