It is strait-forward to double click on filter layers to open their properties,
but right now double click whenever I click on a layer would turn on editing of
a layer's name and the only way to open properties(actually three, but all of
them are similar in that way they are dealing with that layer indirectly) is to
press another key(hotkey or a button in the docker's bottom or a right click
and finding a property item in a popup menu).
Same applies to the normal layers as well.
