            Bug ID: 463780
Summary: Apps started via DBus activation don't show up in
                    applications list
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasma-systemmonitor
           Version: master
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: ksysguard-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: nicolas.fe...@gmx.de
                CC: ahiems...@heimr.nl, plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start an application that supports DBus activation (e.g. Yakuake or
Nautilus) from Kickoff
2. Open plasma-systemmonitor
3. Go to Applications

OBSERVED RESULT
The app is not listed

EXPECTED RESULT
The app is listed

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: master
KDE Frameworks Version: master
Qt Version: 5.15.7-kde

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The cgroup name doesn't follow the expected convention from
https://systemd.io/DESKTOP_ENVIRONMENTS/.

For example for Nautilus the cgroup is something like
"dbus-:1.2-org.gnome.Nautilus@0.service"

Perhaps this is something that can/should be addressed upstream, by changing
DBus or amending the systemd spec to account for this pattern
