SUMMARY
Notes applet context menu does not show key sequences (e.g. Ctrl+V) if language
is not en_US.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an instance of the notes applet. If your language is "en_US", you
need to launch it with a different language, e.g. "LANGUAGE=de_DE
plasmoidviewer -a org.kde.plasma.notes"
2. Open the context menu

OBSERVED RESULT
Shortcuts are not shown (see screenshot #1)
EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcuts should be shown (see screenshot #2 how it looks like with en_US)
(like running LANGUAGE=en_US plasmoidviewer -a org.kde.plasma.notes)
