It happens to me too. It affects two different PC's (a desktop PC and a laptop)
with Fedora 37.
Both are on 5.26.x Plasma version (Laptop is on 5.26.4. Desktop I believe it's
the same, 5.26.4, but I cannot confirm at this time).
All applications after the restart are running except skype ( because it's a
xwayland application? ).
It seems that these crashes happen when some kind of interaction/change happens
with the widgets (fancy task manager & system tray) running attached on my main
panel.
On both my computers, the main panel is configured as a floating panel.
On my laptop I am using the LIGHTLY application style, BREEZE decoration,
BREEZE DARK icons and FEDORA THIRTY SEVEN plasma style.
