The problem this ticket describes applies to all systems, including plasma. The
problem is not that it is impossible to get the UI. In the hidden system tray
icons, clicking there will indeed bring the UI forward. The problem is that
running KGpg either in Krunner or via launcher or via terminal, none of them
will show the UI because it will just go right back to being hidden. That is a
design bug. Running KGpg via any of those options should bring the UI forward,
the same as clicking the system tray icon.
