I've attached a pic of my main tray panel to see if anything might be
interfering with the system tray. Deadbeef, Tomboy, and Evolution in KDocker
should be there on the tray.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open some apps that can reside on the system tray as icons, like Tomboy,
Deadbeef, KDocker, KTorrent etc.

OBSERVED RESULT
The icons of opened applications sometimes doesn't even appear at first, and
almost always disappearing after a while (not just getting hidden, really
disappearing).

EXPECTED RESULT
To see the tray icons of running applications according to the system tray
settings, visible or hidden, but being there on the tray.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Debian Testing (Bookworm/Sid)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.101.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Tried to remove and re-add system tray, but the problem persisted.
