Hmm, I don't think the welcome wizard is a place to add explicit information
about how to file bug reports. We want it to advertise all the cool things you
can do with Plasma, not apologize in advance for it messing up.
Additionally, the first page links to https://community.kde.org/Welcome_to_KDE
which has a section about how to report bugs.
Note that the Wayland session is still considered experimental and for
adventurous users. We're considering making it the default at some point in the
Plasma 6 release cycle, but for the moment, a certain amount of instability
should not be considered unusual (note: your mileage may vary, and it is quite
stable for me).
