SUMMARY
On Windows, Dolphin cannot delete files (move them to the thrash bin). 'hard
delete' (Shift+Del, bypassing thrash bin works fine.
This was tested with Dolphine 22.08 and 22.12.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select any file you can delete with the regular Windows file explorer
2. Delete it from with Dolphin. It disappears from Dolphin's windows view.
3. Go chek from inside Windows' file explorer : the file is still there.
4. Move Dolphin to another folder and come back to the first folder, the file
appears again !
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should be able to move files to the thrash bin.
