Proxy Tab under Project settings, with relevant button high lighted vs
Configure Kdenlive menu, Proxy Clips tab
In the Project Settings menu there is a button to try different proxy settings
to see which one is preferable for your setup. Would be nice to have the same
button in the Configure Kdenlive menu under Proxy Clips menu.
