Bug ID: 463134 Summary: The Discover panel applet says "System up to date," even if there are available updates. Classification: Applications Product: Discover Version: 5.26.4 Platform: Debian testing OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Notifier Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: kritom...@gmail.com CC: aleix...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 154634 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=154634&action=edit The bug in action. Notice, how Discover says "System up to date" in Status and Notifications. The Discover panel applet says "System up to date," even if there are available updates. It also doesn't show up in panel, when set to "Shown when relevant." STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have the default Breeze Dark theme (mine only has an altered color scheme, and removed pager from panel). 2. Refresh updates in Discover, until there are updates available (happens automatically). 3. Look at the panel. OBSERVED RESULT The Discover applet says "System up to date," and doesn't show up in panel when set to "Shown when relevant." EXPECTED RESULT The Discover applet should say "Updates available" or something like that, and should show up in panel when set to "Shown when relevant."
