SUMMARY
my devices can't see each other. they are on the same network and can reach
each other.
when i search for devices on my phone or desktop it doesn't show anything.

i followed the the steps here that were relevant to me on this website.

i tried to find my pc device on a android and apple phone they both didn't show
my pc device. so most likey my pc is at fault.
