STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a portion of a layer with lasso tool
2. Edit > Copy
3. Edit > Paste into active layer
OBSERVED RESULT
Crash to home screen.
Note, other paste types are working fine. Did not test all Paste options
exhaustively.
EXPECTED RESULT
Paste :P
