SUMMARY

The bookmarks entry and Icon icon are appearing in the menubar instead of just
the toolbar and after removing the item from the toolbar it is still present
inn the menubar.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure toolbars
2. Add entry Bookmarks from available actions to current actions
3. Select Icon for bookmarks
4. Click OK
5. Bookmarks Icon added to toolbar.
OBSERVED RESULT
Bookmarks icon added to menubar and toolbar
EXPECTED RESULT
Bookmarks Icon added ONLY to toolbar
