STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Make sure in Sidebar View (in order to obtain the Highlight Changed Settings
button)
3. Enable "Highlight Changed Settings"
4. Browse to Workspace Behaviour, Activities
5. Make a change in the Activities tab, e.g. rename an activity, or add a new
one

OBSERVED RESULT
Changes aren't highlighted.

EXPECTED RESULT
Changes are highlighted.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Changes in the Switching tab, e.g. ticking the "Current virtual desktop"
tickbox, are correctly highlighted.

The similar Virtual Desktops KCM does highlight changes when you add a desktop
or rename one, so it would be nice if Activities did too.
