journalctl output during crash

SUMMARY
When launching plasma systemmonitor, the system freezes and monitors turn black
after one or two seconds.
Journalctl logs (that I also attached) indicate that the AMD GPU driver
crashes, leaving the system in an unrecoverable state.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch system monitor, then watch your monitors turn black after one or two
seconds
Reproducable every single time on my system

OBSERVED RESULT
Monitors turn black, GPU driver appear to have crashed

EXPECTED RESULT
Application should launch without problems

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.100.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7
Kernel Version: 6.0.11-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core Processor
Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 580 Series

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CoreCTRL, which also monitors various AMD GPU and CPU stats, runs and monitors
without issues, so I assume this is a kde-specific issue.
