SUMMARY
Windows v11 is set on dark-mode. When opening Dolphin, it's on light-mode. No
available change color-scheme as Okular app on Windows
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin launch with light color scheme when global Windows' theme is set to
dark
EXPECTED RESULT
Launch Dolphin with Breeze-dark-mode
