SUMMARY
The image strip (folder contents) when viewing a single image (in that folder)
should be scrollable with a mouse wheel.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an image with multiple images in the same folder
2. Move the mouse cursor to the image strip on the bottom and scroll with the
mousewheel up and down
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
The image strip scrolls left and right.
