On Plasma 5.26.4 and qt 5.15.7 when the thumbnail list is full and the
horizontal scrollbar is shown i can't scroll with the mouse wheel, even if the
mouse is directly on the scrollbar.
Previously i used to be able to scroll with drag and drop as described above
but now it's no longer the case. The only way to scroll is to drag the scroll
bar with the mouse. Is this a bug related to this or should i open a new bug
report? Mouse wheel horizontal scrolling does work in other apps.
