SUMMARY
Power management does not work in neon unstable regardless my laptop is
connected or not.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open 'Energy Saving' KCM
2. set the timeout of 'Dim screen', 'Screen Energy Saving' and 'Suspend
session' (and select 'Sleep') to 1 minute
3. do not use your machine for 1 minute
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
the power management works
