I can't reproduce this bug consistently.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland
2. drag an icon on desktop repeatedly
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
sometimes the icon is not visible while it is dragged. Please watch the
attached screen recording.
EXPECTED RESULT
an icon on desktop is always visible while it is dragged
