We already have all these features:
- Animation speed/on-off toggle is on the Quick Settings page as well as on the
General Behavior page
- Translucency and blur are on the Desktop Effects page
Is the issue that you had a hard time finding them? Where were you looking, and
what methods did you use to attempt to find them?
