STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Click Workspace Behaviour > Screen Locking
3. Set keyboard shortcut by left clicking mouse
4. Use any keyboard combination (I used Meta+L)
5. Left click checkmark apply

Nothing

Screen Locked
