Overlap "old" and "New" versions of the same picture by 3 seconds and different pictures by 2 seconds. 3. Add standard "Wipe" effect by dragging purple dot. I have tried the Luma transition with same result. There are other "Then and Now" videos on my YouTube channel which show the shift. I haven't got the original timeline for this video, but I have recreated it with the first 4 pictures as you requested and the shift shows. The 4 files are attached (hopefully).
