SUMMARY
With kwallet-kf5 5.98.0-0ubuntu1 gpg encrypted wallets can be accessed.
With kwallet-kf5 5.100.0-0ubuntu2 support for gpg encrypted wallets is
missing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Install Ubuntu 23.04 (Lunar)
Try to open a gpg encrypted wallet.
OBSERVED RESULT
The wallet cannot be opened with the correct password.
EXPECTED RESULT
The wallet can be opened with the correct password.
